Creamed Honey in a 11 ounce jar
Creamed honey is 100% natural honey with nothing added. We force our honey to crystalize with very small uniform crystals. The result is a smooth velvety honey that can be spread with a knife. Creamed honey is a wonderful wintertime product because it is already crystalized and can sit on the kitchen table waiting to be spread on muffins or even put into a cup of tea. Made from our wildflower honey from the Pecatonica River basin between Rockford and Freeport.
Creamed honey needs to remain cool or it will start to decrystalize and return to liquid honey. We recommend refrigerating during the warm summer months to retain it’s creamy velvety texture.
